In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the Rules), Beazley plc (the Company) confirms that, as at the close of business on 29 November 2024, its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 638,942,417 shares of 5p each.

 

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 29 November 2024 was 638,942,417.

 

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
