I'm getting very angry. Nagar earns £1m per year and our shareholding continues to reduce in value. Lombard needs to assert itself as the major shareholder and instigate a process to sack Nagar and replace the board with people who know how to run a business. PI's have no power even if all the PIs submitted a vote of no confidence it would have no impact. I will try to find a contact in Lombard Odier and ask them where they stand.

Another note out from The Shop yesterday focusing on the cyber side..it’s all great.
Things are generally going great . Things are really gaining momentum across the group it’s all great…
yes we know we just downgraded again after numerous downgrades over the past two years and the company is not making any money , but this time it really is great.
The shares are getting cheaper every time we write and say how cheap they are and how well things are going…might have condensed a few notes in that last bit.

Car1pet agree someone to put a joined up strategy to market in place not just going to trade fairs or maybe a decent Corporate Development Director to try to deliver value by unbundling all the crud non core identified..unfortunately I think there is little will to make real change. Hope I am proved wrong.

IP tends to have value when it has been proven to be effective in commercial applications and can give enhanced product performance and hence revenues or much more if it is necessary to achieve a positive operational outcome in a product.
It is very difficult to come up with any idea of what BATM IP is worth without real evidence of it commercial viability.
They hope to compete in fields that have very big players with very large market shares and marketing presence so there seems no guarantees that their IP will be worth much as a stand alone asset…who knows , but the markets they wish to get a foothold in are not standing still.

BATM has valuable IP its just a matter of whether they can develop it of not. This was traditionally an R&D company and was valued as such. Now it's valued on Sales as they decided to retain and market.
This wrong footed me and several others who thought they would partner or sell off.
Several things could change the picture.

Very small likely linked to arbitrage between London and Tel Aviv.

There is no evidence of any shorting. The share price decline seems entirely down to poor operational performance and lack of delivery on strategic aims and demonstrating traction with the new technology.
With the balance sheet there seems limited downside there is certainly no funding pressure..I’m unclear why folks think the share price is down to those “pesky” shorters at all , they just need to look at the rns’s over the past few years to see why the shares are where they are. Hope the company does start delivering and the shares start to respond but talk is cheap and sentiment dented for now.

The shorts have sucked the life out of this stock, investors are keeping their powder dry and the share price just keeps moving south, I hate shorting it moved investing from interesting to just becoming a gamble at the casino, they should ban it..

resistance this is entirely the point as much as new orders we wanted to see successful follow on orders which validate the process. The market for Edge computing has been hugely underestimated.

This is what was said with year end results.........

The rollout of Edgility with CEMEX, S.A.B, (NYSE: CX) progressed well during the year, and is on track to complete in the current year. CEMEX, which is a global construction materials company, has already deployed more than 1,000 end points across sites in Europe and Central and South America. The rollout also continued with CityFibre, the UK’s largest independent carrier-neutral Full Fibre platform.

We continued to generate revenue through our partnerships with Advantech and Lanner Electronics, who provide Edgility pre-installed on their universal edge network appliances, and we established a further route-to-market via a new collaboration with Innovetechs, which specialises in delivering digital transformation projects for EMEA service providers.
