I take it back. Go back to copying some of my castoff comments. anything is better than your ham-fisted attempts to be cutting.

yes it is mate. you're a horror show and you know it so you suddenly share meaningless personal information because of some kind of twisted need to be seen as something other than your behaviour here demonstrates. virtue signalling 101

I know lots of things, and now I know 3 new things: when you get punished, you have a need to try and show a bunch of strangers how good a person you are otherwise, 2. you aren't and 3. you don't have the wit to even come up with your own prose on a stupid message board so you end up having to copy from your opponent. pretty flattering really but i'd prefer if you try and stay in your lane.

and then 10 seconds later.....Q.E.D. So back to the virtue signalling. I was too nice. It's kind of gross

"but but but 1/2 a million shares traded in the auction on a day the FTSE almost fell through 7,000. how odd!!!! where are the prints?!?! Yeah, pure market genius. I sure lost alright"I think it's progress that you admit this ..well done you. Tomorrow we will move to apologising but I think this is good for today.

I do riding for the disabled 9.00 tomorrow all the kids come along as we're having an open day. My friend I talk to everyday he has had a meaningful holding since ipo as it goes , never sold holding was worth 10s M at peak I begged him to sell and pay the tax ..didn't ..now sat there for decades watching and hoping. He has always kept the faith and believed they were on the cusp for years .. I traded in early pandemic and got out a tad early with a good profit ..they again sat..and are still sitting. Their faith though is being tested just b now. It's one of the reasons I'm back in and one of the reasons the stock has been on my watch page and I follow. There are some other significant reasons on top. Your the good guy ..always remember that . Ha ha ha

But tell us more about your rich friend who doesn't panic. btw, magnificent virtue signalling with the otherwise meaningless reference to your 'charity work'. slots in perfectly with a self-promoting egomaniac.

Can we suspend QED just bloody boring when all I'm proving is that you are a total lightweight ...on that basis I guess this exchange is indeed Q.E.D .. point well and truly proven .Now busy day tomorrow doing charity work and it's a hot day..so going to have a glass and relax. If you have any points of factual error by me jot 'em down there's a scout and will deal with tomorrow. Happy hunting

I didn't say 'dozens and dozens' in this name, you horrible little man. I said there are dozens and dozens throughout the share registers of hundreds of UK smaller caps and today's behaviour was very consistent with one of them just giving up. IT HAPPENS ALL THE F-ING TIME, YOU IGNORANT LITTLE NOBODY

I'm not jobbing anything. I just couldn't bear you eventually the other day to argue about a point that was patently designed to make you feel better about - again - something you hadn't thought of and had never heard of. . All I did was proffer that a tender would be particularly effective once the company gets past this restriction and under the best circumstances, punters might be able to get out of much more than just 10%, to maybe as much as 60. But you couldn't abide not knowing what you were talking about so you just had to keep digging and digging and digging until I couldn't bear it anymore. again

Not familiar with tenders..apart from recently tendering my whole holding in Capricorn ( Cairn) in a tender..yeah clueless of tenders me. It's a dopey idea in this situation anyway and presuming that small institutions wouldn't tender at 55/60p is just nonsense.25% free float in also nonsense..look up a definition ffs.

yes, that's an absolutely crucial debate to determine who wins. meantime, you explain to me how there are no high net worths who own a couple hundred grand of a company like BATM?

I said Zvi owned 22% ( small round up) you said he owned more…please confirm who was right. Clue not you…again.
If they actually did a buy back of 10% yes his ownership would increase..the 200k done before the buy back was suspended does really move the dial though.
Please confirm Zvi’s holding proving as you contend it is greater than 22% . Should be easy even for you just check the report and accounts..simples.

My estimate for free float was much lower than yours as I excluded a much higher percent of Israeli holders not tendering as these types of capital returns are not popular there, plus smaller institutions who I know of who are below declarable stakes not tendering, plus a much higher % of UK retail who won't even be aware that there's a tender in the first place and I claimed an average UK punter COULD get up to 60%+ away. Regardless though, the 'argument' started - again - because it was an idea you hadn't thought of and weren't familiar with, so it had to be dismissed. Q.E.D.

Oh and LO don't own 30% and Zvi doesn't own more than 22%..you were wrong on those too. Jeez do you do any homework ??
