26/11/2021 16:25 | What's amazing is that when Covid seems under control BATM is said to be under pressure as "supposed" Covid dependant stock New variant 3% drop in FTSE no positive for BATm No rationale is there | ![]() doccash
23/11/2021 23:40 | Just jumping back to the last set of results, the stalling growth was in network and cyberNetworking and Cyber Division (30% of total revenue)-- Revenue was $54.9m (2019: $59.0m), reflecting impact of COVID-19 on ability to travel to customers' premises and install equipment-- Gross margin of 25.5% (2019: 30.5%) due to COVID-19 impact on product mix -- Networking Unit I suspect what you will see in the next set of results, is the split closing. Significant growth in this division and a much higher gross margin.Cyber has announced several new contracts. NFV is gaining momentum and has a huge margin and there are all the add ons from NFV. Don't forget NFV are long contracts on monthly payments, so a huge cash generation. Hence why the company can now afford to pay a dividend. On the medical side, I'd like an update on Natlabs. This could be the big growth area, but little noise around at the moment. Covid demand is not going away... | ![]() paulisi
23/11/2021 23:00 | Well, FSE. I obviously respect your opinion; you've been at this stock with an intelligent eye for at least 200 years. Or at least it seems that way. But now that the dividend has been declared. Now Zvi has said, "Yes, we're looking up and it's time to reward shareholders." - For those with long memories I suppose this is a watershed moment. A zenith. An inflection point. I reckon the market will engage soon enough. | lsoc85
23/11/2021 21:45 | >Lsoc. Agree entirely with your synopsis they are walking the price down on low volume. Paulisi and I have both come to that conclusion. My trading range for BATM is 120 to 160p and that is far from unrealistic. It’s not as if there are a ton of sellers just no buyers whilst we are locked in this cycle. Added comment. The other major disconnect here is that BATM do not need a huge revenue/turnover as the margins are very high that’s why earnings and EPS are rising so fast. For example the recent cyber contract goes pretty much to the bottom line. | ![]() fse
22/11/2021 20:42 | 3m dollar giveaway and a nice windfall for our major shareholder and CEO | ![]() paulisi
22/11/2021 20:25 | At the end of the day companies don’t pay dividends unless they have confidence in the future. So now we have a company with a high growth rate in rapidl growth sectors. Has no debt and money in the bank And now is paying a dividend. They should be trading north of 120p. IMO. | ![]() fse
22/11/2021 19:15 | Half expecting the share price to jump on the dividend confirmation.Need access to the detail, when does it go ex dividend?Last dividend got double taxed via Israel tax rate and UK. Is it the same? | ![]() paulisi
22/11/2021 15:24 | Nice to see the dividend reinstated as promised 0.74p and backdated to year end 2020, Won't be long till the next divi announcement lol.. | gbenson1
22/11/2021 09:33 | If the price drops to 80p or lower, I'm buying more shares. Undervalued.... | ![]() paulisi

18/11/2021 14:35 | Well it’s a chance to buy into a company with no debt and anticipated 40% growth. Frustrating. They should be busy with the SOHO Solutions | ![]() fse
16/11/2021 14:21 | >paulisi that’s exactly what’s happening still news and progress has been great. They are undervalued in a market that’s over priced in so many instances. It’s a bit too tight IMO to short term trade this which I can normally make some money out of. Just holding. | ![]() fse

10/11/2021 15:17 | The interview is well worth watching particularly as they are offering this to commercial as well as defence clients. Celare synergies with advanced Telco systems solutions pretty hard to ignore. | ![]() fse
10/11/2021 14:16 | Be careful or Zvi will smack you on the nose!! Obviously Zvi has a wicked sense of humour but Cybersecurity is a very serious problem worldwide.. | gbenson1
10/11/2021 14:03 | not only for defence, more to come for the civil market and that is huge! | ![]() wizzkid211
10/11/2021 13:33 | Cyber security wins are not just via “contract wins” they are also bundled into egility sales at the outset or part of a suite of products. The market is obsessed with seeing large contracts and overlooks the value of the numerous business and marketing tie ups. | ![]() fse
10/11/2021 08:33 | Top takeaways from the RNS- 'In the last five months, we've been awarded over $17m in cyber contracts as governments resume investment ' & 'expect further orders in the near future' Can't ask for much more than that. | jimmywalkden
