Interim results due in August - any ideas on date?Looking ahead - still waiting for the announcement of the bolt on acquisition which I assume is Novamed (mentioned bolt one in last set of accounts)If we don't get this, we may get a special dividend as the company is cash rich.(advanced payment for ventilators, covid sales etc)The other information is a possible split into two and timelines.

Does anyone have a full list of companies that BATM own.It is not easily available on the website(If at all) and wiki info is poor?Telco - USAdaltis - ItalyVigilant TechnologyCelareCelitron - Hungary (no reference to BATM)Who are the biomed co in Israel working with Novamed?Are there more?Ador (Italy) or is that just a collaboration?

He employed Netanyahu

Why do you not sell your tests in Israel?

Identification of several pathogens

Batam has upgraded existing tests in three ways. The serological test will diagnose the amount of antibodies in the blood and not just their presence. For it will measure IgM antibodies, which appear after a few days from the moment of exposure and remain in the blood for a short period, as well as IgG antibodies, which appear a few days after infection and remain in the blood for several months. "The test is an important tool for evaluating herd immunity and the effectiveness of future vaccines, and can be used in both Adaltis systems as well as any standard ELISA system," Marom said.


Another improvement is the testing of antigens for the S gene (Spike type) which allows a more accurate diagnosis of the corona virus in patients with low patient levels. It is a protein that the virus uses to penetrate human cells. A third enhancement is an innovative molecular test that quickly identifies the virus in a person with primary symptoms of respiratory disease.

The molecular test allows the simultaneous identification of several pathogens that damage the respiratory system. In less than an hour the test can detect the most prominent respiratory disease viruses, including all strains of the corona virus, influenza and seasonal colds (RSV). It also identifies bacteria that cause severe lung disease, which appear spontaneously or as a secondary infection of the corona virus, such as pneumonia and Legionnaires' disease. The company noted that this test, which is expected to receive CE approval in the coming weeks, can be used on all Adaltis systems, as well as on any standard PCR system.
