What a disaster. This company needs to be taken over and a proper board of directors put in place quickly. Marom and his cronies must have known what was going on.

I'm sure Echo will be along to explain the share price movement shortly..last update not long ago was multiple keen buyers at 31p levels through Singers..they must be delighted to have a chance to average so soon.

Kooba. Agree the hesitancy on the share buy back hasn't helped matters. They better get their finger out.

Homeboy. For a non shareholder your concern and willingness to spread doom is most intriguing. However please stop bringing your hatred of Israeli companies into it, has more than a whiff of antisemitism.

It does matter that executives put money in from their own resources as it goes and is recognised as such in most governance codes and many companies that stipulate minimum share ownership interests by executives.Moti had 3m options 2019, he exercised and sold the lot higher than these levels and took a cool £1m plus out. On top of generous ( relative to market cap ) renumeration. The company is now proposing dishing out nearly 9m options at these levels to him ..not sure these incentives work for anyone except the beneficiaries who pocket big money at shareholder expense ..there is no long term success necessary in achieving shareholder value especially relative ( the price now where it was 5 years ago whilst NASDAQ up 70% in 5 years) and no funds of their own at risk along with shareholders.

They thought buying back shares at 50p+ was value accretive and part of long term strategy..they don't think half that level 8 months later is although they say everything is hunky dory?irrespective of the "apparent" recession proof nature of the company's divisions 25p is not value enhancing..maybe they think the shares go lower again? Certainly a good shout holding off since shareholder approval but perhaps the hesitancy has made folk smell a rat!

exactly
genuine question, is this company another dodgy israeli outfit embroiled in controversy
why did they boot the ceo out
why did they list on a second rate foreign exchange and lose their index status here plus institutional support
what are these allegations over ador about
why did they announce a share buyback and then nothing happens
what ever happened to the previous announcement of dividends
could it be the whole thing is a fraud and they aint got the cash they say they have - wouldn't be the first time this happens with a listed company would it

genuine questions to all the half baked clowns on here

if there were no problems then the shareprice wouldn't be at these levels

only numpties and clowns ignore my great insights

Idiotic statment pockstones. £120k is skin in the game. It doesn't matter if it's via spot or derivatives. I think it's also irrational to think someone with the option to buy shares at a discount passes on the opportunity and buys at spot instead - nobody in their right mind would do this.

Kooba I think you are oversimplifying it. Everybody is uncertain at the moment about the upcoming months from a macro economic perspective. Therefore I believe it is better to have cash in the bank to seize opportunities then spend it all on a buyback. I'm not saying a buyback isnt a good idea - I'm saying timing is important. Especially in a recession as everybody knows cash is king.

If Moti exercised and kept the current outstanding options he would have to put up £120k odd..so although in at a discount he would still be putting his hand in his pocket to take them up.A straight meaningful market purchase though would send a better signal of confidence perhaps coordinated with a few other directors. As with the thoughts around the buy back..the company cannot be perpetually restricted in insider transactions. If the company are on the cusp of greatness across all divisions why would directors...and the company itself not want to take advantage of the share price weakness. The idea that the company wants to sit on the cash in the bank rather than implement the buyback so they can take advantage of opportunities in the current market may hold water..but ignoring the opportunity to buy your own shares at a distressed level..holding assets you know inside out seems odd now.Activating the buyback would send a number of positives and would turn the shares around.

Uk code of governance "Renumeration schemes should promote long-term shareholdings by executive directors that support alignment with long-term shareholder interests. Share awards granted for this purpose should be released for sale on a phased basis and be subject to a total vesting and holding period of five years or more."https://www.frc.org.uk/directors/corporate-governance-and-stewardship/uk-corporate-governance-codeBatm..how about 2% of the value of the company vesting in phases up to 3 years."..the grant of options to purchase ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), with grant date of 1 January 2023 (the "Grant Date") (subject to compliance with any applicable law, rule and/or regulation), that will vest equally in phases over three years from the Grant Date, at a total grant value of 2% of the value of the Company on the Grant Date. The exercise price will be the average closing price of the shares on the London Stock Exchange in the 30 days prior to the Grant Date.Moti will want to keep the price down over December ..keep that exercise price down!Looking at 8.8m shares! Wow that would be worth a lot if the price gets back to last years levels.
