It really is a shame some don't direct their upset at the folks who actually run this company for its performance and share price rather than blaming shadows ...maybe it makes them feel better coming up with conspiracies and evil doing to justify their bad decisions..when the responsibility falls to the management not bloody posts on BB. They have no impact..a company not communicating , allowing the stock to fall while sitting on share holder approved buy back , falling out of indicies for valuation and because they chose to list in Israel.Not delivering inflection points..all this is why the shares are where they are nothing to do with imaginary shorters or conspiracies. You contact the company and have a go at them ..someone should hold them accountable. Oh I forgot they can do no wrong...and they wouldn't reply.

I cannot get the accounts true.
I have made not specific claim whatsoever as to what this might imply.
Why contact Batm cfo still awaiting reply last time…on buyback.
Maybe i should contact the brokers to check too?
I have one and only ever had one advfn account..yes i pay for it unlike most.
I have in no way confirmed my qualifications as i said if i did it might dox me in relation to BATM. Also IT IS ALSO ABSOLUTELY NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS…what part of that is difficult to understand?

You did suggest that Adaltis was withholding certain accounts, of course you say you are just asking for a friend (your latest rat avatar) not you of course.
Now you are saying with a small i "i repeat i am not bloody saying anything about Adaltis."

Also that was you and the other one valuing ADOR. Maybe you can give us that again as I have no idea what you came up with.
Thank you for clarification that you made no effort to contact BATM or their CFO prior to your allegations based on what a friend suggested. Not you of course.

I note your thumbs down as a confirmation.

Have you contacted BATM CFO to ask for this information, have you actually done any due diligence. As has been explained to here already sometimes you just have to pay to get reports. Have you exhausted this avenue first before you make unfounded allegations because thats what you are doing.
You are suggesting now that Adaltis do actually file accounts, but now you are concerned that "certain" accounts have not been filed.

I asked you this .... " Are you saying Adaltis are cheating BATM out of revenue and the company made even more money than claimed or are you saying BATM accountants in audited accounts claimed to have made money they never received and some how managed to persuade the company bankers to go along with this subterfuge."

To be fair FSE i do not have to prove anything whatsoever to you or anyone else in terms of credentials and if i did in the context of BATM i would be doxxing myself. So with all due respect ..do one.
On the basis that you were one who could not work out the simple calculation of ADOR value and were out by about 10 fold I really wouldn’t even mention math..you would get an f.

Please let us know where you studied and your degree credentials.

Kooba I meant to ask you your reaction to Egens Biotech and their support for Adaltis. Maybe you should let them know of your findings as they must have been receiving test kits from another source when all the while they thought they were selling Adaltis tests based on the Elisa system.
And thats all been going on since 2017 they will be shocked when they find out.

Not sure why there isn't straight forward link to purchase them all seems round the houses and still nothing but 2019's when I try.

I mean, I'd prefer the full document because there are always hidden little details tucked away that most people don't spot, so it would be very lovely were you to send them to my email address. Aside from another childish attack on me (what exactly do you think on valuation? that BATM is expensive? If so, what exactly are you doing wasting your time here?) and a further attempt to legitimise a malicious troll, you are for some reason, trying to turn a perfectly normal institutional roadshow, something that happens every day in every country for thousands of different companies and something shareholders here have been clamouring for after months of radio silence from the Company and Shore Cap, into something negative. Just made yourself look the smaller guy.Send a link make it straight forward be the bigger guy who is making a point ..why smoke and mirrors on how to obtain the information if as you say it is awkward...I'm pretty sure str is very used to searching for such data from my knowledge of their work so i don't think it is straightforward at all.You can then refocus on telling us why the share price is ridiculously cheap again and when its going to turn the corner.Since you must be mates with Shore as you are aware they are doing a roadshow..is it just to existing investors or have they got some new blood interested. I guess they will answer questions to existing and new institutions even if they wont to their private shareholders.

Which is exactly the point, kooba. I don't engage with bad actors if I can help it. Aside from his obviously dubious past, which you wilfully ignore, this villain has already had his 'research questions' answered thoroughly, yet he was obviously so shocked by the rapid and comprehensive response that he had to bring his dog and pony show here to try and keep the baseless innuendo going. The accounts have all been filed and are available. What this dope didn't account for was that one company filed in Rome but the other in Milan, so its a couple of extra, maybe even awkward and difficult, steps to negotiate the systems, but it's all out there. But of course he's not interested in that. All d-bags like this nobody are interested in is keeping the 'debate' going so they can continue to make vague, implied claims of malfeasance while insisting that the other guy 'prove' him wrong. For chrissakes, he's still including how 'he can't see 2021's accounts' in his smearing commentary despite the fact it's been explained that they're not even due for 4 months. If he has an affirmative charge to make, LET HIM MAKE IT AND LET HIM PROVIDE THE EVIDENCE. Otherwise, all you are doing by attacking me for trivial issues is enabling him and that makes you equally culpable.
