25/6/2022 16:36 | The OTC listing did exist and I posted a link with an explanatory video as to why it would be dropped. Whilst OTC. Is of little significance the fact it was dropped firms up the belief that there is a possible sale merger acquisition that’s the significance | ![]() fse
25/6/2022 11:13 | BATM were listed as pink sheets (otc) in the USA since 1999... | ![]() wizzkid211
25/6/2022 11:00 | The OTC is a broker dealer platform for companies not listed on a US exchange..I'm unsure of any formality in removing a company from the platform though its not a de listing as such as was never listed. I'm also unclear who sponsors a company on such a platform ,whether it is the company or a broker dealer who wants to facilitate easier dealing to US investors.Either way not sure theres a big read through as i expect volumes were minimal so its just been removed as lack of interest i would guess. | ![]() kooba

25/6/2022 09:47 | OTC was mainly for north American punters and operated there for many years. | ![]() wizzkid211
25/6/2022 09:28 | could it just be that batm are just doing some over-due housework? Why would a company have shares listed on the otc - when you also have them listed on the main uk/israel index (i presume they were on the otc pre-main uk listing?) who would have ever traded them on the otc when you could buy/sell on the main indexes? echoridge, any idea? | ![]() nellyb
24/6/2022 20:47 | I double checked the OTC site, so it looks official. BATM used to be listed under BTAVF Its certainly not there any longer My understanding for OTC as I have said earlier is that the suspension/deletion would be in the case of a merger /acquisition/share buy back. A large un announced contract would not force them to be suspended. I would agree with echo that most recently the share price is getting walked up marginally on low volumes on interest in Israel. I posted some time ago that the continued slippage thats been going on for some time appeared to be started on TASE. Maybe there was a large enough holder not on the radar that was selling. | ![]() fse
24/6/2022 10:06 | We’ve been led for the last few days’ small rally by buying from Israel and that market is shut today of course. Let’s hope today’s early quiet is just a pause that refreshes…. | ![]() echoridge

23/6/2022 17:05 | Someone else pointed out that not only the lack of buyback but the sheer lack of news is remarkable..just looking back from the beginning of April just results that were scheduled and regulatory announcements so almost 3 months and nothing on either side of the business. In many months last year there were multiple updates on contracts orders , product advancements and the like across the business..its like the company has switched off. | ![]() kooba
23/6/2022 15:43 | BATM Advanced Communications has recently broken into profitability so their prior investments seem to be paying off. The company was generating losses five years ago, but now it's earning 8.4% which is a sight for sore eyes. In addition to that, BATM Advanced Communications is employing 54% more capital than previously which is expected of a company that's trying to break into profitability. We like this trend, because it tells us the company has profitable reinvestment opportunities available to it, and if it continues going forward that can lead to a multi-bagger performance. | ![]() fse
23/6/2022 15:20 | BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. Ordinary Shares to Be Deleted from OTC Equity BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. Ordinary Shares will be Deleted from OTC Equity effective from June 22, 2022, due to CUSIP Suspended. your guess it looks as if there is either a sale or a merger for Telco... Imagine we will hear more very soon. Added comment. Apparently it could just be a matter of the share buy back, OTC is over the counter for those not familiar. BATM is listed on OTC as BTAVF | ![]() fse
23/6/2022 12:54 | There is something price positive going on. Tase listing up more. Perhaps Israeli investors are closer to source and news. Have been building my position recently but still a little underwater. Not for long now I hope. | ![]() resistance1
23/6/2022 12:32 | Are there signs today in an uptick in the price? I'm very tempted to buy based on my theory Marom is buying out pharma and selling telco. The question is do I have the courage of my convictions? | ![]() car1pet
22/6/2022 15:09 | Refreshing ones advisors as a business matures and changes is a very good idea..bringing in new ideas and also creating new relationships with the client that reestablishes correct levels of accountability. Shore have been brokers since listing , thats well over 20 years and Marom sits on the board and receives renumeration ..its not a healthy relationship as it is conflicted and far to cosy.Normally a broker would act as middle man between the market and the company ..especially when there is genuine concern over lack of information over a market matter. Here they seem to stone wall in unison. As to seeking contact details that could be beneficial to the company i see no reason why one should not expect the company's long established broker to forward details to the company from a stakeholder for mutual benefit. Problem is there was nothing in it for Shore! They get a decent retainer for the job they do..no extras!! | ![]() kooba
22/6/2022 14:49 | car1pet..... agreed but the contact I emailed at Shore was listed as their rep for BATM. The e mail was copied to BATM. I left out the reps name on the copy I posted on here. My point here is that BATM need new brokers and advisors with regard to their corporate structure etc, Shore would have advised them regarding the Index and also the proposed buy back. They also issue brokers notes which are not worth reading. We have good reason to think that the company is being restructured or will have to be and I just would like to see them get the best advice. | ![]() fse
22/6/2022 14:04 | Certainly if the company is restricted and leading shareholders are wall crossed maybe taking out natural buyers could leave the shares floundering..not sure if that was the plan how long they can keep it under wraps especially if the management were involved in a proposed transaction..they would have to remove themselves from board discussion..can't believe they could keep that under wraps for months. Like the idea though I'm not sure Marom would want to break up the band ! | ![]() kooba

22/6/2022 12:41 | Thoughts on the current situation. My guess is that narom wants to buy pharmaceutical and sell telco.if true all the major shareholders will have been told. This means they can't trade because of insider trading regs. This could explain the low volumes. So if I'm right it is an opportunity to make a few quid. My guess is that when the deals are done the share price we will receive should be 50pish. So buying today at 35p is worthwhile. All IMO DYOR. I'm often wrong. I'm holding what I've got and not bought any yet | ![]() car1pet
21/6/2022 22:57 | FSE I'm not disagreeing with you but if I wanted to buy from a company I'd speak to a salesman not the company broker thats all I'm saying. | ![]() car1pet
21/6/2022 21:56 | I had noticed social media not a strong point for group also for some subsids. Batm on twitter and they do tweet a lot of promotional stuff..over and over only has just over 100 followers. ADOR also none existent for what is meant to be state of the art kit. Telco appears more with it.Doesn't necessarily add up to much but technology companies normally spend more time and effort on SM profiles.I tend to agree when founders with large shareholding's are running businesses for over 25 years and their whole quoted life has had one firm of advisors then bad habits can take over ..then you get the fiefdom situation. Sometimes shareholders aren't seen as a the most important stakeholders.A reason why I see a peed off Zvi , huffed at market valuation and LSE ft/russell exit as maybe looking to take his baby private. Sure I'm wrong. | ![]() kooba
21/6/2022 21:32 | Yes just looking through LinkedIn at BATMAnd Zvi has two profiles one with 63 and one with over 217 connections . He has been there for 30 years joined 1992Head of marketing Maria Nis also joined the company 30 years in 1992.looks like jobs for the boys / girls Head of sales young girl but out of my net work so not sure if her experience Then sign up to follow BATM and click on there web link it does not work. It's all becoming a lot clearer to me and it's a shame I have only done this bit of research after heavily investing. Zvi is running this company as if it's his private enterprise and we are a bloody nuisanceManagement needs a massive shake up | ![]() shareholder7
