Results of Baron Oil Plc AGM

Baron Oil (AIM: BOIL) is pleased to announce that each of the four ordinary resolutions and one special resolution proposed at the Annual General Meeting on 20 June 2018 was passed by an overwhelming majority. The number of votes cast was significantly higher than that in 2017.

The presentation given to attendees of the AGM has now been uploaded to the website (www.baronoilplc.com).

Malcolm Butler, Chairman & CEO of Baron Oil Plc, said:
