Baron Oil Plc (AIM:BOIL) announces that it was notified on 25 November 2021 that a transfer of 1,157,202,885 Baron ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from SundaGas Pte. Ltd ("SGPL") to Andrew Butler and Paul Ebdale was completed on 24 November 2021.
Andrew Butler and Paul Ebdale are the owners of SGPL and so there has been no change in the ultimate beneficial ownership of these shares. A Deed of Adherence to the Relationship Agreement Deed of 17 June 2021 has been signed whereby Andrew Butler and Paul Ebdale will assume all of the obligations pursuant to the Relationship Agreement, the key provisions of which were described in the Company's announcement of 18 June 2021.
Following this transfer of Ordinary Shares, Andrew Butler is now beneficially interested in 578,601,442 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.99% of the voting rights in the Company and Paul Ebdale is now interested in 578,601,443 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.99% of the voting rights in the Company. SGPL no longer holds any Ordinary Shares.
