It is looking more positive, the farm-up to govt side is a good sign and has de-risked the position, what we need now is the long awaited farm down - cash and carry to cover our costs of the first well (at least) - we'll probably have to give up quite a bit of equity in the licence to get it over the line - we have the farm-up as a benchmark but yo would argue that was done on pals terms as govt side so we would hope for better in a "third party" deal.... i remain hopeful - the one thing we cannot have again is a ultra dilute placing to cover the well costs, existing holders have been slaughtered in terms of value dilution over the last years with the massively discounted placings resulting in circa 9bln shares now being in issue, that has to stop.

Yes simon an was "we need more commitment from Timor before we commit"A stipulation in these ongoing discussions??For me this is huge. Once this is completed i expect a MOU from a major on taking the majority of our stake.

It’s positive of course and another piece in the puzzle, the Govt support and willingness to cough up real cash is a significant milestone, what we need next is the big farminee who is going to fund the rest of the drill costs!
