Still some worryingly large sells going through Hedgehog. Usually a pre cursor to a raise.

Well a buyer or buyers is at it too, because BOIL is up on the day.

If there's a bit of stock available, then it can be a good opportunity to add at an attractive price.

Looks like a great time to get in to me Searcher, so maybe you should stop your searching, and start buying.

Baron looks to be heating up nicely, and in the quarter just starting it should start BOILing!

BOIL had £2.51M. cash at the half year stage, and the first half operating loss was just £448K., so the cash position should be fine even allowing for increased spending.

Not that topping up the coffers in the current strong oil-gas price environment should be any problem.

And I'm anticipating good BOIL newsflow in April-June (though it's not impossible that it could potentially start on the last day of March!)

As regards selling pressure: with the price consolidating around the current 0.07p level this month, there appears to be as much buying pressure as selling pressure recently to me.

And indeed the last seven trades today were all buys ... the last one for a hefty thirty million shares.


At a market cap. of just £8.1M., BOIL looks well undervalued in relation to its assets, which will only have gone up in value recently, with global challenges fueling the move to energy self-sufficiency.

Combined with strong expected newsflow in the short term, and this looks to give BOIL excellent near term multibagger potential.

Seems to be drifting lower, will be low on cash imo and news is not for a while yet. Selling pressure intensifying to.

Q2 results are from April... both dubrobin and chuditch are due in q2 april-june. Also jv talks have been going on with majors since September. Strong buy from me.

A lot of chatter of placing and that's about it. Just from the odd basher. I have email baron they have confirmed they have enough cash for barons needs and also mentioned they will be funding the drilling programmes through the Jv partners. Chuditch drill would cost 14mil dubrobin 7mil minimum. They would never be able to fund this without a major to foot the bill and get a free carry. I can forward the email to anyone if they want it ? load up guys only way this is going and it's many many bags from here. I have 60mil and topping up another 40mil before April! GLA

As I am sure everyone can see from BOIL's history, at such a fractional price, it's easy to assume too much from percentage changes, day in, day out.This will re-rate a few times on proper news. Until then it will doubtless continue to hover around the 0.06/0.07/0.08 mark. Unless you are trading and able to trade large volumes, ignore it. Or the only winners will be MMs.Good luck. Hold tight. It will be a few months yet.

Completion of the 3D data processing is due by end of Q2, which will then let us firm up the drilling approach, refine the asset size and build a sales presentation to raise the money for the drilling. It is very unlikely that the 3D data is going to determine whether to drill or not to drill. We are going to drill. The next "hurdle" will be raising the funds; but with such a huge potential prize, this should be a bit of a no-brainer if gas continues to be such a prized commodity.As the company said, 2022 will be a year of activity and progress, moving from years of paper wins and theory to contracting a rig to drill in 23. So lots of news and PR from from June onwards, if not before.And, of course, as word gets out, we may also see a little rise in the share price. :))

@myname - 2022 objective is to finish getting the 3D picture and fund a drilling campaign for 2023, so it's close. The difference with this 2023 drill versus the Shell one is that Shell drilled vertically and hit the edge of the field; 2023 approach will be to drill at an angle to hit the field at a higher point. See the presentation slides for details. The 3D data will give us a view of the field and help us pinpoint the drilling approach - an advantage that She'll never had when they drilled back in the day (with 2D data...)

Yes excellent. You can see none of them are your traditional o&g hype merchants. We are a minnow with a world class proven asset. I have said for a while this is the most exciting prospect on aim. I liked the directors comment "I look at a lot of prospects around the world and there is nothing like this "
