No you won't, 2nd trench (most of placing) is subject to shareholder approval 10th March..Directors taking part in this, and may not even need if sale offer is received.with the balance of 1,764,285,714 New Ordinary Shares (the "Tranche 2 Placing Shares") conditional on the passing of the Resolutions to be proposed at a General Meeting on or around 10 March 2020.

oh dear, all wiped out again and diluted even further - massively so, lots of new shareholders locked in with major paper losses - I guess the BoD have a consistent track record, they keep screwing all the PIs....my guess is this will now keep drifting down and settle at these levels for the foreseeable future; I never seem to learn my lesson with this company or those running it - why didn't I sell at a major loss at .05p, I thought about it and decided to hold...now back to 0.01p and potentially lower.... gold star to the BoD...played a blinder yet again guys!
