Spread betting companies must be making out like bandits with this hour by hour volatility.

I have all my 'actual' coins in my ledger nano :)Then I trade the moves through IG to raise more cash!Yesterday bought at 10005 sold this morning 11450. Every time I make 10k I cash out and my more.

No investor/trader trades BTC.

If you feel it will be important buy it, from a proper crypto site.

If you feel it is worthless then you can hedge your cash short/long playing on the mkts.

End of day winners?

Same as gold before.

Trading it you will never own your bar of gold and unlike gold.
BTC is very easy to find.

Own your piece of the pie or you will be a casualty of war.

IMO don't take any advice from me.

Not sure what the problem is - just trade the big moves and even 10pc out with entry and the pullbacks and pumps put you back in the money. I've never seen a market that tracks Ema's and fibs so beautifully........

what is clear to me - there are almost no human traders around. mostly bots. as they hit certain figures with best precision, run counter human wisdom and emotions, use liquidity pressure to their advantage, spread is here to kill etc.

Traded it almost every day for 5 years - fish in a barrel!

Don't trade crypto you will never win.

Just buy and hold. In a cold storage wallet best.

The bots will ruin your day/week/life.

Not all gaps close. I've got the CME gaps on my chart and that's one of the reasons I think the 7k's are still possible but having hit its historically favoured 30-40 percent retracement I'm sensing support here.

I am trading ltc/eur

there is an unclosed gap at about 50 % down. so my general bias is down. have that in mind

Quite a bullish candle developing on the BTC daily. Almost fought its way back positive and above the ema20

kaos - there is certainly a suspicion that a lot of transactions reported by exchanges are false. The sharp volatility is more about crooks harvesting money from the naive.

kaos - we all know the market is out to get us :)

Some tasty entry levels emerging. If I get my BTC order at 9000 filled I shall be a happy bunny..

Interesting that Alts have held up relative to BTC in last 2 days.

I put in orders - system freezes for few long moments (no bid ask changes) - then big move in the opposite direction starts

is the real liquidity so low?
are the exchanges so interrelated?
are major cryptos so interrelated?

WTF ?

Strange. The sec I started buying rather large in ltc (4 fig) price started dropping for 3-4 %.

world wide, BTC included.

and it happened several times in the last few months. is it just a coincidence?

and the sec I sell it starts climbing (stops falling that is - stop loss triggered).

--------------------------

the issue is - it is not just ltc on one exchange.

is it possible that one transaction in dormant situation triggers the algos activity all around?

happened to me several times.
