deltalo,why should this move up? My guess is a BIG dilution is coming here and possibly a consolidation. All BPC really has is old CERP assets and they never made LGO/Cerp a profit in the last 10 years and more.

Managed to buy as much as possible with available funds from other investments, now I'm ready for the returns. This will move up shortly, and through the weeks to come imo.

Good post 5cer,I am sure that there are plenty of old Cerp/lgo holders in the same boat like angryarry,BumChaserEgg,jcgswims,CCR and many many more. The trouble is the original company was set up by David Lenigas because it had a 'story' to tell and it was used to create cash from share issues again and again. PIs were conned imo and diluted out of value and now all BPC has is old Cerp assets but the old Cerp holders have to share those assets with old BPC holders who have 78% of the company. Was the merger a good deal for you old Cerp/LGO holders,NO imo? Has anything changed here regarding dilutions? NO,not imo,a big one is coming.

BPC has five (5) producing fields, two (2) appraisal / development projects and a prospective exploration portfolio in the South West Peninsula. In Suriname, BPC has on onshore appraisal / development project. BPC's exploration licence in each of Uruguay and The Bahamas are highly prospective, and offer high-impact value exposure within the overall portfolio value.
