12bn - no annoyance from me just amazement that someone claiming to have made loadsamoney on CERP needs to troll it subsequently for more than 5 years! No matter what the company does you advise the share price will reduce and you can’t even be bothered to keep up to date with developments so you mislead readers. You failed to appreciate the significance of the Saffron 1 drill result and consequently missed out on doubling of share price

You were so miffed about Saffron result and the offer by Saffron 1 drillers to drill Saffron 2 free of charge, subject to share of production you even ventured into embarrassing predictions about future levels of WTI to try and rubbish the Saffron 2 free drill offer ( which was subject to WTI $35 level) - where is it now 12bn?

If you didn’t have this unhealthy obsession with the company readers might take some of your observations more seriously like, for example, current financing, BOD knew about the cost implications of sidetracking incident when they released the first 2 RNS on P1 drill! However those who think they can analyse company finances can take their chances at current SP- your analysis, based on past performance, is worth less than diddly squat- and that’s me being very generous to you 12bn!

This is what annoys holders(like angryarry and bumchaserEgg),not that I have been wrong about LGO/CERP now BPC but that I have been correct about it.

The question here should be 'at what price will the next fund raising be at?'. My guess is 0.35p or its equivalent if there is a consolidation first.

Buyers are drying up now,I am afraid that the MMs may have to drop the price further to suck in the mugs. After every drop some punters think 'wow,I never thought that I would be able to buy at this price' and they dive in.After a short period though the buyers dry up and then the MMs have to push the share price even lower to attract mugs in. A spiral ever lower then occurs.

What is the biggest asset BPC has? You would think it was their chance of a farm-out but that is unlikely imo or maybe Cerps drilling rights but Cerp/LGO have never made a profit. No,the biggest asset BPC has is its mug PI holders. Will BPC milk these holders now? Yes,imo. The trouble with PIs is they have a need to either break even or make a profit and just cannot sell at a loss. This means when a big discounted placing is offered (even if it comes after a consolidation of shares) then PIs will take it up as 'next year we could be millionaires Rodney'. BPC spent in the region of $45m on the Perseverance duster,$10m of which was an unexpected over spend,they have told holders that,so it shouldn't come as a surprise that they will do a big discounted fund raising.
