Given the guilt that I carry I would like RottenEgg to report me to the interested parties. They deserve to know that I have been saying that in my opinion BPC is bankrupt, that there is no oil in the Bahamas and it is also feasible that no drilling is currently happening. This is all FAKE news.

I have to admit that I am employed and paid but not to bash the company but BigSi recruited me a long time ago and he pays me per post to bash the idiots in the dark. I cannot hide it anymore. I also feel guilty.

I hope my idiots bin boy Linton, Rottenegg, Alasloser etc find it in their heart to forgive their Messiah of Knowledge. It was money which made me turn against you lovely idiots but as you know I always felt guitly about it which is why I always did say that "I Love my IDIOTS in the Dark"

12th JanIn circumstances where neither the balance of the fixed-conversion price conditional convertible notes is available, nor the Call exercised, BPC would need to rely on seeking alternative funding if it was to be able to complete the full intended program of work for 2021 (most particularly in Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname). There can be no assurance that BPC would be successful in securing any such alternative funding, and if this were the case, the planned program of work in Trinidad and Tobago and Suriname might need to be curtailed or deferred

If they can't get the shares converted at 2.3p the reconciliation (on drill failure) will drastically eat into existing cash. at this point fundraising to cover projects in T&T and Suriname based on CERP assets alone would have to resort to further death spiral funding - BOD NEED to convert unless they are very confident of results which at this point is unlikely - it's Prudency pure and simple

Why bother with paid for coverage and ads if you are already confident of results - Simply wait for confirmation and publish the results and you'd convert all remaining outstanding shares for a considerable profit without any difficulty or need for "reconciliation" Anyone with inside information attempting to position build what not do so in such a hurried clumsy fashion - conversely pumping the share price 25% (briefly) has provided a hefty increase in volume to sell into -BPC like most AIM companies have frequently promoted the share prior to what coincidentally?? transpires as poor news - usually a fundraise
