Its very large, there are existing wells,existing seismic, an estimate of about a BILLION barrels, its in shallow water,its in a stable country with good fiscal terms and because nobody else bid we essentially got it for an "option fee".

*Undrawn convertable facility
*Series of other sources of potential capital such as production in Trinidad (from 500bopd to 2,500bopd) that produces free cash and a reserve base which will give is access to reserve base lending facilities
*We have FARM-IN discussions going on as we mentioned
*As we stand today we have a very clear line of sight to $40m of capital against a well in the Bahamas with a drill cost $21m - $25m plus/minis $5m contingency
*So we are very,very well set up at the moment in terms of finances
