I have a 1.1p average on Bpc so sitting pretty before the run up to the drill.

Much better now on the funding front-1/2way secured for drill which is a big positive.CLN- Still conditions to be met But what about the CLN conversion?that's another 500m to be sold to market if givenThe market cap has its technical limits pre drill- although can allow a little for hype but It's not 2010 anymore. There should obviously be some increase towards drill but IMO this will be sold into by Bizzell ... they will only release those funds if they can be sure of converting. I can't see much beyond 2-3p range now and that's how I plan to trade.All these shares are taking their toll

They need another £15M - conditions for CLN has not been met and it even says it so in the RNS - there will be no appetite for a placing in the next few months therefore the drill will not happen. These funds will be used on CERP assets and paying their salaries for the next 2 years.

The share price will drift lower later today - less than 10% of the placing has at the moment worked their way through - these idiots donot understand that volumes are double counted for buy and sells and that only around 40% is the hedge sell.

You will not create value through a new share issue - therefore the stock will never pass 2.3p and will come down given the volume of selling still to be done

Only this morning at just gone 7am bigsi stated less than half the drill costs were now in place??

Either my maths has deteriorated overnight, the drill costs have ballooned or a desperate shorter is at work?

So having read and re read the RNS today am I correct that all funding is now in place providing we take the CLN 10.25M @ 2.5p, their are conditions to the CLN, have these all been satisfied, if so then the price should now rise to 2.5p minimum when the CLN is taken up and then continue to rise up to the drill.

This is good news - they now have the cash to drill. This is a good entry point if you are a gambler

BPC is all about the drill. Binary bet - 'heads or tails '. Either a shed load of oil or a worthless company. It's not an investment.

Share place will increase before the drill as punters place their bets - the smart money will take it's profit before the result - ' better to travel than arrive '

I see Mike Joseph has taken up some from the placing. At least that's some of the shares gone to someone who intends to keep them longer term - one would hope anyway.

As most of you know, I already held circa 3% of BPC but have also taken another sizeable chunk in this placing.
Whilst none of us like placings and dilution, in the circumstances this was inevitable and a wise time to do it.
I am sure the share price will recover quickly and look forward to the build up to spudding

people talk about mates rates etc but most of the time following a placing the share price drops close to the placing price and everyone then has the chance to get in at around the same rate. If you feel "excluded" by the placing now is the chance to be "included" , it wont stay this low for long
