Dynamo - No, BigMJ is well known to CERP shareholders. I value the opinion of those with a big stake in BPC rather than the non-holders on this thread.

If I didn't have any BPC shares I certainly wouldn't be commenting on this board 24 hours a day. You have to question what sort of life some of these posters have... or don't have!

BigMJ just commented over on LSE.

He holds 3% of BPC and took more in the placing. While we don’t like dilution this was inevitable he said and looks forward to the run up to spudding.

I find todays rns excessively long and repetitive. Lots of uncertainties hidden amongst there too. Also it seems contradictory, as is shown in this quote below....."Working Capital:The directors consider that the net proceeds of the Placing together with the Company's existing financial resources will provide sufficient working capital for its currently anticipated requirements for at least the next 12 months.In circumstances where the convertible loan note financing instruments are not available (for example, where the conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement for the Conditional Convertible Notes are not satisfied (or waived by the subscribers)), the Company may not have sufficient cash to complete the drilling of the Perseverance #1 well, which, in turn, puts the Company at risk of not meeting its licence obligations. "

Still a possibility of a jv if not 100% of income from a successful drill will belong to bpc.

Holders becoming desperate now despite the news.One clear negative in the rns is that they're still not fully funded for the drilling. The other funding they mentioned isn't even guaranteed.What a mess.
