So- Stena can "Subscribe for up to $10 million of new equity in BPC on the same terms and conditions as would apply in any BPC capital raising, or (ii) farm-in to the BPC southern licences on the basis of $10 million for a 10% non-operated working interest- end quote This valuation is in line with its peers.this gives a very good idea of the terms offered to partners for a farm in - value $100m pre drill ie 10% for $10m.Or in Stena case option of 10% for yet MORE shares presumably around 500m at 2p being the last fundraise although we know BPC are "actively attempting" to secure alternative funds so the price is still speculative

Here's a question for the trolls - what's going to happen to the share price if the drill is successful - 12bn already knows the answer he's had plenty of egg on his face over the Saffron drill!

With authority now to issue 10bn shares you'd imagine a consolidation is a while off- although as G&A is not as yet covered by production every operation/workover/drill etc will be funded by shares so its highly likely at some point

I expect a consolidation here at some point,like Cerp did. The share price dropped from nearly 7p to 0.12p and then Cerp did a 20:1 consolidation preventing the likes of BadEgg and arry getting their money back. This little trick may happen sooner or later here imo.

Pretty much rinse and repeat from BPC....lots of bluster and more delays.


However.....as noted.........no mention of funding.


Share price is falling, and BPC not mentioned funding. Big boys selling down and shorting and getting ready to buy lots if discounted placing shares ?


Should mean........a big fund raising is coming soon. Watch this space.

Second part of your post - Yep and that's why i voted with the Merger as whilst some (whom I respect like Bamps BTW what happened after he sold out as he has not posted anywhere since) LK's excitement and to be fair the respect the guy has swayed me part of the way.

Indeed and I'd not be surprised in some news from Stena soon!


PS to the old CERP holders anyone seen or heard from Offerman? He was having a tough time last time he posted? Offer if you are out there hope all is ok with the family and yourself?
