If any of you have a subscription to Amazon Prime there is a very interesting documentary available called, OIL & GAS: Pioneers of the Caribbean. The documentary is totally focused on Trinidad and Tobago. Worth a watch.

From an share price point of view agreed but do you think that either BPC or CERP without each other's projects - really?I don't but that's my opinion.

' unless those conditions are waived by subscribers ' - From the y/e accounts small print - ' the ability of the Group to draw down on this facility on these revised dates is contingent on the Group and the facility providers agreeing to reset certain prerequisite conditions relating to the Company's market share price which were breached following the global financial market response to the Covid-19 pandemic.'

Existing lenders have an interest in the drill proceeding as do Stena - perhaps that's why shareholders and management are not panicking like a bunch of trolls!

Can't see a placing without at least an attempt to pump first - attempting now would be catastrophic-There should be a quick trade in this

It was so clear as soon as the merger was announced that they were bankrupt and the merger was a guise for a huge fund raise.

Only idiots like bin 🗑 boy would not see that 😀😀😀😥 8079;👏Ԁ79;👏🗑;

Reading the RNS in its entirety is always prudent ...

2/20

Attention is drawn to the fact that, as detailed above, draw down of funds from the Conditional Convertible Note Subscription Agreement remains dependent on a number of conditions first having been satisfied. To the extent the conditions are not satisfied there is a risk that the Company will not be able to receive the funding contemplated in the Conditional Convertible Note Subscription Agreement, unless those conditions are waived by the subscribers

BigSi - they donot have $9m by Feb as it is being used up by working capital. They need to raise well over $25m - CLN conditions are not met —>. Inference : bankruptcy.

Bid 1.95p. Hahahahaha

The death spiral dilution will soon see bid at 0.95p before he journey is completed at 0.2p.

Great time to SELL Still. Shareholder wipeout is inevitable here. Donot be mugged by the idiots in the dark like bin 🗑 boy Linton, RottenEgg and that nutter Whoppy. Those idiots know nothing about markets - they just buy and make stories up in the hope that they will become Rich one day. They know nothing and would do better if they bought a lottery ticket.

I love my Idiots In the dark. Praise be to BigSi, praise be to Tom, praise be to the Messiah of Knowledge. 👏👏👏👏 8512;😀ԅ12;😀😀;😀
