I'm sure they will get an extension -But it's not certainbut they had not met deadlines or raised sufficient cash in time for April-It's one thing misleading shareholders but proving to GOB they could have drilled is another matter

As expected, Oct drill. It was probably factored into the price last week. Panic sells this morning and we should settle back to last weeks Range I suspect.

I doubt BPC have had any choice in delaying in view of the CV,the government because of the circumstances will no doubt extend the licenses. This virus is affecting big players in any sector worldwide ffs.

All eyes on 88E now. Should be halfway through drilling now. 8 targets in total being drilled with one well, initial results due early April and then all being well, on to flow testing.

One of the biggest onshore drills of 2020.

I’ve just read the RNS in full.

As a long term holder, well medium term only 6 years... (!!) I expected the licenses would be extended due to the virus.

The other alternatives to a farm in could be interesting.

Force majeure could realistically be denied depending on terms as the company had already failed to enter contracts by its own deadlines prior to COVID being an issue Cash position now under $10m factoring in unpaid unconverted loan plus $2.5m overheads to get to 2021These statements should be very worrying .....company now lining up alternatives to spend the already insufficient cash for perseverance.-- Farm-in process continues; Company has begun considering other opportunistic strategic alternatives arising as a result of the current global crisisIn addition, in recent weeks, the global crisis occasioned by the Covid-19 virus has seen a number of potentially value-creating alternative strategic options presented to the Company, which the Company is seeking to evaluate over the coming months. The market reaction was purely due to some shorts closing afraid that global economic will restart due to muppet trump saying we are opening US soon.

Looking at the markets ahead tomorrow I'm not 100% sure because of 10 percent move today but I'm expecting cross.. beyond that there will be a dip again as the markets opened up today and left a gap to be filled at around 5000. Usually the gaps are filled. Just depends on whether theres any news to move the market or not.. but as the move up was cautious taking out many bears the drop could be hard. Will have to await signal but st this point its difficult to see which way markets go. Better to be in cash than caught either side unless you're a scalper and love to mingle either side through the day were you can make a few 100 points a day just trading the ftse 100.
