Muppets. It is consolidation. There are buys because there are sellers where you will see the other side of the trade reported later.

However if you muppets talk the stock up here it will move up - the same way that those who talk it down move it down. IDIOTS.

Fund is only open to Bahamian domiciled investment. ie: non holders.

that would certainly represent far better value for shareholders -CLN is expensive and would restrict share price momentum pre TD as any savvy holder would be aware the CLN can be converted at any point at 2.5p once monies received. that's a lot of shares potentially getting sold into any rise-IMO better to get the funds at 2.75p with no fees and 12% coupon and be done with it-

Well, I have taken profits and now holding only a free carry amount. Following the TW article it does look a little suspect to me that they may indeed try to pull off a fund raise via placing as opposed to using the CLN route.

When I say suspect you start with the conspiracy theory that perhaps someone is now shorting the stock, selling off big lumps - with a view to getting all the stock back in a discounted placing. EG sell off a few hundred million shares in the 3p to 4p range and then they can take on board a few hundred million more at a discount price to clear the short and subscribe with the profits for a hundred or so million more. Dirty way to raise 10m GBP and avoid the loan notes. Would require an extension to the CLN date.....which recently happened.

Happy to be wrong - but banked profits - just in case. Will monitor and be prepared to buy back in, higher or lower. In the meantime to avoid being accused of talking the price down, I will shut up until the situation is clear.

Just looked at those 1M trades, they do look like buys, so why has the price fallen, is it something to do with the MF either that or there is a huge sell in the system, lets see, I think this will move back up quite quick today.
