I am hearing that they are going to fail to raise even GBP 1M. This is a disaster they will not even raise a seventh - oh no!!! I hope most of these MUGS have managed to get out. Bid at only 1.85!!!! Nearly 10% below the open offer!!!!! Everyone rushing towards the exit in my view.

Yeah Linton, it's peanuts. And they've only used half the 1.8Bn shares. They can raise further funds later on if need be once the drill bit is turning at 5-8p, such will the demand be as we target 4Bn barrels of oil.

How you fooled yourself with Linton the Clueless driving the misinformation due to a lack of knowledge over the last few days. How you didnot understand and presumed that large orders at the end of day were large buys rather than a mixture of BUYS and SELLS settling at the end of the auctions.

How your ignorance allowed you to believe made up stories about conglomerates coming in and when comedians mixed up International Investors and Institutional investors you still believed them. How your lack of knowledge made you believe the dimwits stories that the base of financing is 6p (the same way now you think it is 2.5P). How I told you that capital will flow to those with knowledge as the market is not a place to punt but you ignored me.

An army of PI's, the board & then Shore Capital. Easy.

GBP 7m is fairly small change these days & easily do-able I am hearing from various sources.

Why buy at 2p this week when you could have bought them for less last week and possibly next week
I wont be taking up the offer and I think they will struggle to do it
I still cant understand if this is so good why they cant get a partner to help them

and the answer is simple - it is obviously not as good as the amateurs on these boards think it is. Also as people like him will not participate in the offer and they are in the majority as Linton the Clueless, Whoppy, Bonum etc are such numpties that they must be in a minority the open offer will fail in my view.

Let me surmise what is happening for our resident simpletons

You are basically being asked to stump up cash at 2p that II we�re not interested in at 1.2-1.5

The open offer will not be fully taken up - why would it be when you can buy at 10% discount in weight presently

The shortfall will be taken up by 250k from board lol and (you hope) by II at a discount probably significant if last weeks attempt was a good indication

If this fails then the company finished and so share shareholders

Hence market reaction today

If price stabalisation is removed then we will be under 1.5p very quickly. Big loss for the brokers as well

Adviser Appointments


As noted, the Government agency tasked with working with BPC on the EA process is the BEST Commission. BEST has appointed B&V as expert consultant to BEST / Government for this purpose (www.bv.com).


Likewise, BPC has made, and will continue to make, a number of important appointments of international environmental consultants, to ensure that the environmental planning and associated permitting process is conducted in accordance with global best practice. To-date, these include:



� the appointment of Acorn International ("Acorn"), a leading international environmental advisor (www.acornintl.net), to work with the Company and liaise with B&V / BEST in finalising the relevant EMP documentation,


� the appointment of marine environmental consulting firm, CSA Ocean Sciences (www.csaocean.com) to establish the terms of reference for and thereafter (once agreed) undertake the EBS, which as noted is a required component of the EMP documentation, and


� in anticipation of future operations, BPC has applied for and been accepted for membership of Oil Spill Response Limited (www.oilspillresponse.com), the largest international industry-funded cooperative which exists to respond to oil spills wherever in the world they may occur, by providing preparedness, response and intervention services and equipment.

Sells are coming through thick and fast. Brokers are beginning to carry too much risk in my view. They will have to move away from the bid soon with the resultant crash. Having brought the offer down seems not to have helped in off loading their books in my view. This is your last chance for salvation in my view. The pain is only beginning.

Should the 2p offer fail which at the moment seems likely then in my view the whole viability of the company as a going concern will come into question. I am sorry for your losses but in my view this is now GAME OVER or very close to it.
