I think chinaman has wised up. why pay for shares at 3.5p when they will be able to buy the lot for a nominal £1.

Shares have risen 50% since October so price is up with events. However, may prove a decent long term buy.

Lol...don't talk wet Stephanie, you clueless troll gimp....the deal is delayed because Chinese regulators are under the cosh....Ruyi is still confident that it will go through and Bagir have confirmed they're now in profit with annual sales of c$50m, they also have the two $1.65m cash payments from Ruyi which are non-redundable and there's every chance the deal could arrive long before the unconditional time frame now in place.....Gla Holders...Bagir's Final results are due early March and will be well received if further profit on turnover is confirmed.....Fill Ya Boots from this unexpected rockbottom bargain low....a great opportunity for significant returns by the time the deal is finally concluded....a prosperous New Year ahead.....still on the cards. ;-)

Another 5 months of monkeynuts spouting deal any day now whilst share price tanks to sub 1p (100% dead cert). 0.5p may be worth a punt but purely a punt as deal may not materialise after another 5 month wait and then its curtains as it is this one prospect that is propping the company up.
Far better prospects to put you money into for the new year rally.
The is a nailed on reverse 1 bagger at current price so cut your losses peeps and put it into one of many better ones out there (I won't mention any as may be accused of ramping lol)
Oh and finally I hope you have all finally realised that monkeynuts ak moneymunch is a serial lying useless ramper of the highest order. Do not trust this low life!!!

This has now dropped into the range of fantastic value - the mcap of the company is around the reported cash level (mid-year they had $2.8m since which time they have received a further $1.65m cash and have made profits in their 3rd and 4th quarters).

The news that the company has been profitable in the last two quarters is hugely encouraging as it shows that the steps to reduce costs (by an estimated $5m/year) are paying off.

De-risks the company considerably as it looks as though it should be able to stand on its own two feet no matter what happens to the Ruyi buy-out.

The Chinese regulators have been under the cosh because of the escalating trade war with the US and subsequent fall in the value of their currency etc......with many sensitive and high technology US deals blocked, although consumer product M & A deals unaffected, but presumably delayed because of the current climate and the extra work load that the Chinese regulators are working through. Gla ;-)

Grrr....the deal delayed because of the time it's taking for Chinese regulatory approval, although an unconditional date has now been set and deal news could drop at anytime...and Bagir are in profit. Gla ;-)

If they get the remaining investment with a strategic plan for the next 12-18 months then I can see these rise pretty fast.

The initial $1.65m deposit from Ruyi on the deal was confirmed by Rns 9/1/18 , and so every chance that the deal and full payment of $16.5m cash could be concluded within the next week or so......maybe Monday if Ruyi wants completion within the current Chinese financial year....... Gla Holders.....All good things.....;-)
