Lol Stephanie, you spend your time making it up you sad pathetic troll creature....I invested £26k in Ukog c1p before the stellar rise to double figures...I sold a chunk for £46k at c9p on the way back down and another big chunk for £38k at c8p which is well documented on the old Ukog thread at the time after i posted this fact ( the share price stayed in the 8p range for several weeks and plenty made plenty ) and as the share price fell in stages because of the delays at Broadford Bridge, I continued to off load at 6p, 5p , 4p and finally 3p...for a net gain of around £120k on my original investment....whereas you're documented as buying Ukog on the high and then blaming others for your decision and your losses....and now have stated after gloating and boasting on the Alba thread that you have recently piled into Ukog again and unfortunately for you the share price has fallen to a 8 month low directly after you piled in....ha ha ha ha....you deserve it mate....Ho Ho Ho :-)

Bagir 's current annual sales revenues are c$50m and they've been busy implementing cost cutting measures and stream lining production operations at their factories in Vietnam and Egypt and have already made significant progress in expanding operations at their duty free Ethiopian manufacturing base where production will be ramped up and accelerated with Ruyi's $16.5m cash injection.

The massive Chinese market will also be wide open to Bagir, enhanced by Ruyi's recent strategic partnership with the giant Chinese JD.com and it's 300 million online customers, and so the numbers could eventually be jaw dropping. ...in the meantime we should see the share price pushing higher as buying volume picks up in anticipation of imminent deal news....Excitement building for all Shareholders....and those that don't hold at the moment better get a move on , or will very likely miss out on the re-rate on confirmation of Ruyi's 54% controlling stake and receipt of $16.5m cash.... Gla Holders....it's going to be BIG.....Tick Tock BOOM!!! :-)

The Chinese textile manufacturer approached Bagir in June 2017 with conversations initially centred around the Ethiopian operations before widening to the whole business.

Shandong Ruyi is expected to make substantial cost savings from the deal. Itzthak said the numbers spoke for themselves: In China the cost make per suit is $18, which is not duty-free , when it comes to the US, theres an added 28% on top of costs. But the cost per suit in Ethiopia is between $3-$5, and its duty-free to the US and Europe.

Addis Ababa is hosting Africa-China business forum and it will kick off today, according information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia.

The forum is co-organized by Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association and China International Exhibition Center.

It is expected to provide Chinese companies which have already presence in the continent with the opportunity to promote their products and services in addiction to creating opportunities for partnership between Chinese companies and the African ones.

China has a huge investment in Ethiopia in textile manufacturing and construction sector, especially infrastructure development.
