31/10/2016 09:00 | Lower and lower. Reckon this is just stop losses triggering and compounding the droop? Getting pretty brutal. | simonsaid1
27/10/2016 09:19 | Agree Steeplejack. | hutch_pod
27/10/2016 07:49 | Have only just seen this article in the FT: Nothing unexpected in todays prelims: | carcosa
21/10/2016 07:39 | That they'll be equity funding is not in doubt but I question that any placing will be done at a heavy discount.By the time an issue is made,BCN will have probably finalised off take agreements. It might coincidentally tie up with an industry peer to assist in bringing Sonora into production and if that involves equity, they're unlikely to give a substantial slug of equity away at a heavy discount. There is a long way to go and that's more than discounted in a rather sleepy share price but I think that traditional ideas of a heavily discounted equity funding might prove wide of the mark. | steeplejack
19/10/2016 08:18 | Long way to go. There has to be a substantial capital raising event next year so expect a great deal of dilution and hence placing below whatever share price it is at the time. | carcosa
19/10/2016 05:27 | Must be a good buying opportunity, not in these at the moment but worried I'll miss the boat when BCN shares start doing well, can't believe there isn't more buzz about these!!! | edwh
18/10/2016 16:50 | Another lower close today - that's about 8% down this month so far. What a shame. No buzz at the moment I guess. | simonsaid1
11/10/2016 10:50 | Thanks. REM is drifting too, so perhaps it's just quiet season. I guess this is when clever people top up. | simonsaid1
10/10/2016 21:39 | Yeah. Boredom. Don't think anything has actually changed though | hutch_pod
10/10/2016 14:11 | So far October has been a long slow drift down for BCN. Perhaps lack of buyers after REM stopped nosing? | simonsaid1
30/9/2016 13:26 | A case of REM believing their own hype - what utter cheek from the Lenigas puppets. | footrot355
30/9/2016 11:44 | I suspect some of this rush of buys are REM holders impressed by this show of strength. Welcome one and all, to a lithium play that actually... has some lithium! | simonsaid1
30/9/2016 11:28 | The Rebuttal is a fantastic read - very robust! Also sums up very nicely why I sold my REM shares and bought this. Clearly investors agreed, ~3% up today. | simonsaid1
30/9/2016 11:23 | £2 minimum but not to REM it needs to be sold to a big company with cash | senttothegallows
30/9/2016 10:45 | Yep make em pay a bit more | edjge2
30/9/2016 10:20 | Could be , but it did not work this time unless they come up with a better offer for the merger | cyfalafwr
30/9/2016 09:27 | Don't know.Perhaps there's a caucus of BCN shareholders on the TSX who have suggested they would support REM's merger proposals. | steeplejack
30/9/2016 09:04 | Why did REM vote against the move to Aim ? | cyfalafwr
30/9/2016 07:48 | Seems a bit contrived to me but it suits both BCN and REM.REM sees an immediate increase in the value of its BCN equity holding and BCN can wax lyrical about how undervalued they are.A win/win situation. As for the decision to vote down a domicile in the UK,I can't see it matters much other than time and money has been wasted.Frankly,I found the premise that an AIM listing was preferable to a TSX listing somewhat questionable.I don't think Canadian shareholders felt very happy about it and understandably.I reckon that BCN should consider an ADR listing. | steeplejack
30/9/2016 07:37 | REM bid for BCN, Not a chance issuing zillions of shares is not taking us over, this will be many £'s per share in the next 2 years no point in giving it away at £1 | senttothegallows
20/9/2016 07:36 | Looks like it was REM upping their stake - RNS Number : 2537K Rare Earth Minerals PLC 20 September 2016 Rare Earth Minerals Plc ("Rare Earth Minerals", "REM" or "the Company") Agreement to Acquire a Further Interest in Bacanora Minerals Ltd. and Corporate Update Rare Earth Mineral Plc (AIM: REM; OTC: REMMY) has agreed to acquire a further 4.5 million existing ordinary shares in Bacanora Minerals Ltd for a consideration of GBP4.5 million [via an on market transaction]. Completion is due by the end of the month. | martincc
16/9/2016 14:41 | 4.5m traded @ £1.00! | wageslave
14/9/2016 12:40 | maybe REM or BCN should a stake in this company they have a lithium clay property nearer to Tesla.... than us...... Wake up the Board .. and swing into action... :-) The proposed 2 acquisition are the Railroad Valley Lithium Brine Property located in Nevada and the Black Canyon Lithium Clay Property located in Arizona. The properties have significant historical Lithium numbers on surface and on an adjacent clay property. | andrbea |
