It is getting frothy but have seen some cyclical stocks virtually recovered back to their 52 week highs even when they have forecast reduced earnings for their current FY and with not so positive outlooks.
Guess at the moment people are happy to pay top dollar for what this offers during the current climate.......perhaps even more so than they were before and this traded on a PE of 33.5 last year so who knows!.

Hoping on the 21st Sept trading update that some allocation to shareholders of the milkrite net £140m cash will be forthcoming and not all will be used to strengthen the BS.

Best to just filter this babycheeky character.BC last posted March 2019 and then suddenly started posting again recently, but only trolling me for some very misguided and delusional reason. He was on a lot of people?s filter lists prior to disappearing and he was known to have numerous handles.

The Armed Forces are "Sticky" - in a past life I was an NBC (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) Instructor.

The forces won't change horses with this type of kit.

Avon once used to make the road wheels for APCs and MBTs - probably the trackpads too.

Happy days.....

Don't think it's significant from a monetary point of view (NATO has 20k military personnel) but it's the long term nature of the contract and I'm assuming this is the first contract they've had with NATO. Either way the market seemed to like it.

babycheeky could you please stop clogging this thread with your anti-Disco Dave sentiment, we get it. If you don't like him can you just filter him.

Please stay on topic and talk about AVON - positive share price response to today's announcement but I'd love to see some numbers behind the contract to see how material it really is to the business.
