Director Shareholdings, Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Avingtrans plc, which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules and associated services to the energy and medical sectors, announces certain dealings in its shares.
Exercise of Options
The Company has issued, conditional on admission to trading on AIM, a total of 11,500 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") in the Company following an exercise of employee share options under its CSOP programme. Application for admission of these New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM has been made and admission is expected on 6 November 2019.
Shares Awarded Under ExSOP
In addition, on 31 October, the Board of Avingtrans granted awards under the Company's ExSOP over a total of 121,307 ordinary shares to certain PDMRs of the Company with each paying 0.1 pence for his interest in each ordinary share. The awarded shares are to be provided from those held by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT Shares"). The details of these awards, together with the resultant shareholdings, are set out below:

PDMR Dealings
Subsequent to the award of EBT Shares, the Company was notified that on 31 October 2019 that Austen purchased an additional 5,000 New Ordinary Shares into his ISA, via an on-market purchase at a price of 2.5754 pence per ordinary share.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the 11,500 new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 31,379,553 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
