Same with GDP they actually made the incompetent FD the CEO for a while.

If it were not a serious situation that cost many great losses you could make a Charlie Chaplin movie from it!

The BOD is not getting the boot. It's yet another AIM lifestyle vehicle.

Well, they can now, the plant has run at 92% capacity for 27 days, they are still forecasting 125k oz in 2016.

The production shortfall is 27k oz. Not a disaster, or it shouldn't have been if they had either a higher gold price, or had a bigger margin for error.

I'm kicking myself for not acting on my concerns when I saw the cash left at the end of Q3.

I am reminded of the Animal House excuse:

Also if they had hedged and the gold price had actually risen they would now be having to settle with cash as they can't produce at half capacity.

Big mistake not to hedge, say, half the first year's production at say 1300. Things would still be tough, but with no hedging at all they are entirely at the mercy of events. Since they have always talked about more than one mine and that New Liberty was just the "starter kit", losing some upside on the first mine through some hedging would not have been a disaster.

Ah well, obvious with hindsight.

A lot of small brokers were doing fundraisings in small companies a few years ago. Problem is punters now blame the brokers who took a percentage.

The people in St Paul's are no fools l/t. 5p and it is a winner. Their clients may have been stuffed at 42p but you can be sure they'll be urging new boys at 5's

They will no doubt issue themselves a shed load of free warrants at 5p just to rub salt in.

This was a doomed dawg from the start. Looks like credibility and aim juniors do not mix. Many stung also by GDP. I feel particular bad about that dawg as Edison and some were plugging for a 30p share price and they had issued a divi which was to be a permanent factor. Sadly it turned out that the two accountants running the show seeming could not count, mean while I did recommend it to some good mates etc etc.

You just have to be so careful. One I am studying at the moment is ALO and before I get ACCUSSED of ramping I stenously without reservation state for all to see........DONT BUY THE BLOODLY THING. However Mark Jones the CEO just did....and you don't get a better confidence boost than that.
