Thanks very much horneblower.
An interesting development.
Does the 75% refer only to loan holders or all shareholders ?

Since IMIC has been removed from Aim and no longer quoted by ADVFN does anyone know where there might be any chat about the loan notes. I have a large holding and would welcome any information that might alleviate the impending disaster.

Many thanks.

Placing just seems inevitable given dwindling cash balances in latest figures, delays caused by equipment failure and debt repayment due Jan. Although it would be a short term blow for LTH the alternative of possibly having to ask creditors for breathing space with volatile commodity prices would be far worse. Once cash / debt repayment ticked off share price will bounce, pretty strongly I suspect!

Either way I guess. I don't see steady state before Feb earliest in any case.

I also think we could expect a progress report in this 2 month period to reassure investors that all is going well.

Had a listen to David's interview. Something that got me concerned is he said if nov and dec is good then we will make debt repayment in jan. Not a lot of conviction.I also wonder what are the contingencies in place.

I wonder what drove the timing of the Sarama acquisition? It seems very opportunistic to make this move while trying to squeeze out of a pretty tight corner what with POG as it is, the crusher problem and debt repayment looming. DR sounds his usual confident self on the new video (see now that crushing has resumed at above target level (3 - 3.2k tons per day). Given 60 days clear run through Nov and Dec, and no further collapse in POG they should have no trouble with the first debt tranche.

Which brings me back to the acquistion. On the face of it, a cheap and sensible addition to stock, truckable to NL, shallow depth open pit, lots of unexplored greenstone. Tailor made for a LOM extention for NL, so strategically very sensible and cheap, but why now? Probably Samara were desperate, so we'll need to watch for all those shares coming onto the market keeping the share price down.
