I guess a little over 4 weeks to the release of the interim report. Wonder if we get a significant RNS before then? Hopeful, but I somehow doubt it.

On the plus side, the government can't refuse to pay us, because they haven't bought anything from us. Dodged a bullet there!

I bet Owen Patternson ,the Tory MP(Randox 100,000 /yr fee) has had a pay rise, given the way Randox has fleeced everyone going. PCR testing flight gravytrain cracking. Only now does the gov act ... horse bolted gone ... Bojo working hard to win the next election ... goodies all around til then!

Voi/Vocs article.BBC News - Why is so little sequencing of PCR tests being done?https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/58176249I think the protocol needs changed. Low viral load variants could be sneaking in if this article is true. Novacyte did, I believe, much of the viral variant ID and classification. I wonder if the contracts 'spat' has caused Nova to be sidelined/fed fewer ID cases. It.s very odd that the biggest threat to the UK population ie a juicy variant(s) isnt being hunted down/prevented from entering with way more gusto - nuts. Or, are the gov really saying, we.ve opened up and now we are at the mercy of the Gods and there.s not much we can do ( or wants to if it affects post Brexit trade) about it anyway. Bizarre ... Message to gov: Get the vois/vocs IDed before they.re in the general population you morons.

That's fine Martin3042, you can continue to believe that buys outnumbered sells by 2:1 yet it still closed down 5%

Smith's FoS he said they'd sell all they could make, he forget to mention they were only going to make a few of them. Also the collaboration started with Abingdon Health a year ago, yes a whole year, yet they are still doing tech transfer? It's taking longer than a trip to the moon! Cytiva, BBI, Medusa, Adeptrix, Bruker, Deepverge, so many collaborations, so little to show for it.

Those Affimers may one day replace anti-bodies and be a fantsastic development, but at this pace I'll never see anything tangible. Think I'll leave a note for my grand children to check them out, and I don't have any yet.

I respectfully disagree.
So many false predictions.
So much hype, you have to feel there should be much more duty of care to the shareholders.
Barrow boys have more respect!!
What about " production is the issue, not orders"
From an Avacta presentation many many months ago.
Not the way a proper CEO should go about his work ?

I agree that the Company has egged shareholders on at so many presentations eg showing slides about ‘UK LFT manufacturing capacity’ which was totally irrelevant (they now aren’t even going to use BBIs UK capacity). They also RNSd every new Avenue the company was pursuing but failed to RNS in a timely fashion when one by one each avenue stalled/failed (BAMS, saliva test, covid therapy). I placed an order today for Affidx LFTs and instead of being able to process the order I was told they would be in contact. LFT progress is even slower than I feared a few months ago. The problem is they need decent LFT sales to avoid the need to come back to the market to raise more cash in years time.. not impressed.

Onsideman, if it was a delayed sell worked all day as stated by you, how did they get 120 when the sell price was well below 120 for the whole day except the first hour.

Not aware of any other plc that gives a running commentary on sales of whatever they produce so why would Avacta feel any need to do so. Let the market assume the worst and release information on sales when it suits.
