Guys - can someone tell me why I am wrong and this IPO is not bonkers?
From the admission document:
net profit at YE 2015 = 717K
net profit at HY 2016 = 151K
total shares in issue fully diluted = 22.6m
Let's assume they do £1m in net profit in FY2016. That is a very generous +40% over YE 2015.
So that give projected eps of 4.4p
Today's share price is 202p, Which gives PE of 202/4.4 = 46 ?????

This company is in a mature industry where you do not expect stellar growth to justify a PE of 46. Bonkers.

Had to price cheaply due to market timing (Post Brexit).
High quality company - I believe the multiple will trend higher over time so with good earnings growth the share price could do rather well IMO.
