Result of General Meeting
Total Voting Rights
Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), the UK and European based manufacturer of the patented Neptune melt-blown material and specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions, announces that, at its general meeting held earlier in connection with the proposed placing to raise gross proceeds of GBP3.0 million, all Resolutions were duly passed.
The proxy voting results for the resolutions are included below:

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 15,000,000 Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 10 December 2021.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 54,600,984. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the announcement made by the Company on 19 November 2021 to announce the launch of the Placing.
