The Company's issued share capital comprises ordinary shares of 25p, each carrying one voting right. As at 31 January 2023, the total number of ordinary shares the Company had in issue was 76,078,460. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Aurora Investment Trust plc is 76,078,460.
