Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) as at the close of business on 31 August 2015 was as follows:

 
 GBP16.806 million, representing a NAV (including 
  current financial year revenue items) per ordinary 
  share                                                 161.64p 
 
 GBP16.528 million, representing a NAV (excluding 
  current financial year revenue items) per ordinary 
  share                                                 158.97p

Investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued on a bid price basis in the above calculations. No adjustment for dilution to the above NAV has been made in respect of any shares held in treasury.
