Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) as at the close of business on 30 January 2015 was as follows:

 
 GBP17.096 million, representing 
  a NAV (including current financial 
  year revenue items) per ordinary 
  share                                 164.43p 
 
 GBP16.704 million, representing 
  a NAV (excluding current financial 
  year revenue items) per ordinary 
  share                                 160.66p

Investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued on a bid price basis in the above calculations. No adjustment for dilution to the above NAV has been made in respect of any shares held in treasury.
