Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that its unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) as at the close of business on 28 November 2014 was as follows:

 
 GBP17.817, representing a NAV (including current 
  financial year revenue items) per ordinary 
  share                                                 171.37p 
 
 GBP17.469 million, representing a NAV (excluding 
  current financial year revenue items) per ordinary 
  share                                                 168.02p

Investments in the Company's portfolio have been valued on a bid price basis in the above calculations. No adjustment for dilution to the above NAV has been made in respect of any shares held in treasury.
