Speculation shares always require a degree of sensibility - speculating on the news of a court case, which we know is running.

Good we win - Average we win - Bad we probably will be exactly where we are now!

Speculation shares always require a degree of sensibility - they can triple in days or meander for years.

One thing the share needs is news - and there will be news coming.

Half the battle is being in the share before the news as to make the maximum opportunity from it.

Well we have seen what can happen here with a few buys and a bit of momentum. The share price rose 100% in 1 day last week and it has come down to nearly where that rise started. I wouldn't be surprised to see another rally as traders try and repeat their performance and those that bought at 12p plus average down.

A 100%+ rise (6.88p to 14.25p intra day) and back down seems rather more like speculation than substance. Somewhere along the line the Autofocus result will be known, and I hope (along with all holders no doubt) it is positive and we storm back into the teens and beyond. But the enthusiasm seen here recently was a little premature. You are correct, we don't know, and just because a share price is rising (or in this case, falling) doesn't mean there's news on the way.

12% down today, I think that tells us this current rise doesn't have a great deal of substance. Here's hoping we soon get news on the autofocus case or this could be back down to sub 7p in short order.
