Posted at 16/10/2007 19:06 by hectorp Menzies Campbell forced out of Liberal leadership for no reason but age, he is 66. 'Age' is commensurate with experience. Many support sir Ming and are unhappy about his being dumped by the Liberals. In fact his demise is more based on the fact that he is holding up his several successors. I'm not interested in the Liberal issue but if Sir Menzies, younger than Churchill in 1943, is not worthy because of age, then let the many of us only 10 years younger, should worry. In fact Menzies is mentally much sharper than Churchill, a notorious old soak and eventually victim to altsheimers - or drink. ( you choose)> Get the grey revolution working - properly. |
