AAQUA COURT CASE
Bonnier and AAQUA have estimated damages owed by Candy to be in the region of £97-$144M.
Are suing for loss of earnings due to Candy managing to freeze their assets without good reason.

E-mini Nasdaq 100 futures are leading U.S. equity index futures higher, surging more than 3.5%. That's vs a gain of around 1% from just before the numbers were released.

U.S. equity index futures are sharply higher in the wake of the release of the latest data on inflation. Meanwhile, Treasury yields and the dollar are under pressure.

The November consumer price index (CPI) month-over-month and year-over-year came in below expectations. Core readings were also cooler than estimates:

The data has increased the chance of a less aggressive rate hike by the Federal Reserve at the conclusion of the latest FOMC meeting on Wednesday. According to the CME's FedWatch Tool, the probability of a 50 basis point rate hike has now risen to 79% from around 75% just before the numbers were released. There is now about a 21% chance of a 75 basis point move down from about 25% from just before the data came out.

Jacky lad , it’s called karma buddy .
I’m guessing you are one who has lost out , hence my laughing irritates you somewhat.
A few on here thought they were big shots and mocked my strategy of selling x % at pre determined levels whilst also having a red line stop loss .
Those guys wanted 25/30/35 quid plus…
This was ramped to keep them in the mixer .
Poor old Gammy lad and others had good profit in their mittens yet they became greedy ,and then they have held allllll the way back down .

This is why I tell Gammy lad that I defeated him in a game of investor versus investor .
It’s childish but its all about the money and the bragging rights buddy .
