Here's my tuppence worthThe company stated that they hope to complete the RTO by December This hasn't happened yet so people get itchy feetThe prospectus has been lodged but no FCA approval yetThey've agreed the $5m strategic investor but no confirmation of cost or who it isThey have to raise $10-$15m but no information yetThe market needs to know and until information is put out we're all in the dark which loses confidence

And yes the big holders will be smarting.

For their sake, hope their buying wasn't done on borrowed money!

Immediate future could be very interesting indeed.

There's some serious offloading going on at present . Don't know when it's going to stop . Could go on for a long time I'm sure . Little comfort that messrs Griffiths , Pavlou and Spencer will be smarting more than us smaller holders. GLA

But MMs don't hold stock or collect stock . They are only interested in creating a market. They're not bothered whether AMG fly away or crash . Just my view. However what you say seems to make logic . Let's see how things develop. I'm still holding a goodly number of shares and am optimistic .

Perhaps Mr Market is sceptical as to whether the proposed RTO can overcome all of the regulatory hurdles (UK & Morocco).

It's not done, until it's done.

Also a suspension is coming (until the Admission doc is published).

On paper, an amazing leap forward for 'MNRG'.

Right now, it remains 'on paper' only.

Still, I wasn't expecting this much of a fall.
