Looking good here. Remove the bid at 24p was it. Certainly good value here. |
Just did one 2 months ago. |
Placing feels like |
Does someone know something we don't? |

This ain’t going nowhere. |
I would take consent as a given - IMHO |
Why is ratification taking so long? |
Chief executive Keith Muller said: "The increased resource gives us further confidence in Ewoyaa's potential as a major source of feldspar in Ghana, which will be produced as a by-product of spodumene concentrate production from the project. Quartz and muscovite are also noted in MRE as additional potential by-products from spodumene concentrate production at Ewoyaa |
By which we understand you to mean, 'albert is not bothered' |
Atlantic Lithium – RNS Summaries 1. Quarterly Activities and Cash Flow Report (Q4 2024) – Positive Atlantic Lithium achieved key permitting milestones for the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana, bringing it closer to construction. The company secured: ✅ Mine Operating Permit (final regulatory approval before construction). ✅ Land Use Certificate (approval for mining activities on designated land). ✅ Water Use Permit (authorisation to extract water for operations).
Exploration activities continued, with updated Mineral Resource Estimates (MREs) and soil sampling in Côte d’Ivoire. The company raised A$10m via an equity placement, securing funding for further development. Cash on hand at quarter-end was A$11.8m.
Outlook: Progressing towards Final Investment Decision (FID) while awaiting Ghanaian parliamentary ratification of the Mining Lease.
2. Updated Feldspar Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) – Positive Atlantic Lithium announced an updated Feldspar MRE of 36.8Mt at 41.9% feldspar at Ewoyaa, reinforcing its long-term economic potential. The estimate covers the entire 12-year mine life and includes: ✅ 81% of resources in the Measured & Indicated categories (higher confidence). ✅ Feldspar as a by-product of spodumene concentrate production. ✅ Potential for additional quartz and muscovite extraction.
The company plans to supply feldspar to Ghana’s ceramics industry, supporting local businesses and diversifying revenue. The revised MRE will be factored into future feasibility studies.
Outlook: Strengthening Ewoyaa’s economic case with additional revenue streams while advancing towards production. |
No one is bothered with this pumped up share now then. |
Lithium price is going up. |
What's occurring - insiders know something? |
60% rebound from lows now. Bit more optimistic...... there is still a fair way to go tho. Spod moving a bit. |
I'm hoping we are past the worst of it now. Surely those able to buy now are going to do well. Elections out the way, hopefully, ratification will come soon. Lithium market a little better. Long-term EVs should continue to increase market share. Time will tell. |
It shows that their intention to make and offer again is in tact and I think this is a stick on for 30p plus offer. |
Assore own 30.56%. Is this significant in terms of control? |
Nice price jump this morning. Election results I presume. Can some well informed shareholder tell me any more please . |
"Despite lower current prices, we refuse to settle on terms that compromise the best interests of the company's shareholders -
"We continue to receive considerable demand for product from Ewoyaa from potential offtakers, and remain confident in securing the funding that Atlantic Lithium requires to sufficiently cover its allocation of development expenditure for the project," Muller said. |
