23/9/2008 07:07 | Super set of figures here and over £2M now in cash. The new On Demand internet offering should be well received and I can see further strengthening of the s/p. Strong buy and hold. | philjeans
10/9/2008 09:19 | Nice steady pick up in price here despite a very sad and gloomy market. Holding for some good figures and more buy backs. | philjeans
21/8/2008 10:09 | Bid offer spread 18.63/16.37 very poor at around 13% would not encourage investors. | fuiseog
23/7/2008 14:42 | Nice to see them spending a bit of cash on our shares - long may it continue. | philjeans
14/7/2008 07:56 | Morning PJ £2m cash, strong pipeline, dividend ... buybacks will start shortly which should push share price up to at least 25p (level of Adran Bradshaw's options which expire in 14 months time). | explorer88
14/7/2008 06:36 | Very positive trading update this am; throwing off lots of cash; higher profits and strong pipeline. I can see 20p here. | philjeans
17/6/2008 14:47 | Hi GI i see that you're out of ETC for the time being, probably a wise move ATL have plenty of cash (c. £2m) and good cashflow. They had a good track record of progressive dividends before expanding their salesforce too quickly several years ago and are keen to return to their progressive dividend policy; although i think we may be overtaken by (positive) events soon. | explorer88
17/6/2008 14:38 | Not sure about the mini divi - a bit of a waste of cash? | greek islander
10/6/2008 09:04 | currently around £2m cash in bank | explorer88
09/4/2008 08:55 | Thank you explorer88 | fuiseog
09/4/2008 07:12 | fuiseog - AGM May 9th. | explorer88
08/4/2008 18:32 | Cash balance of 8.75p/share and an share price of 13p is a good position from which to weather a banking crisis. Going on the previous balance sheet (excl. intangibles)and the current cash balance, NAV could be in the region of 10.5p/share. The future use of this strength to be share buybacks, acquisition and hopefully growth based on new SaaS software offer. Any idea when the AGM will be? | fuiseog
08/4/2008 07:42 | Good results out today - profit and a dividend. Prospects look very strong now. | philjeans
28/2/2008 16:12 | good to see a company with a large part of it's m/c in cash | explorer88
28/2/2008 15:38 | Nice trading update - should rise over next few weeks to a more appropriate level | thebarrelboy
28/2/2008 08:40 | morning pj cash of £1.55m enterprise value of £1.4m profit not less than £275,000 dividend of at least 0.25p i agree, we should see the share price move on up again now - imo, fair value is around 25p. | explorer88
28/2/2008 08:09 | Good news today - short but very positive trading update. S/P should continue to move forward now. | philjeans
21/12/2007 08:23 | good morning o/t prospective bid for EBT (Chinese mobile phone business) | explorer88
14/12/2007 09:21 | :-) imo, EB, AB and other parties will make a series of share purchases to push price up prior to making an acquisition, or making ATL available for acquisiton. AB's options are at 25p | explorer88
01/11/2007 09:54 | if EB decides to sell the business, especially on the back of introduction of SaaS and associated growth (similar to SRF in some ways), it would be worth at least £6.7m (plus cash in bank - currently £2m) - i.e. at least 38p per share | explorer88
01/11/2007 09:35 | ...bought back in at 15p on the back of contract news | explorer88
31/10/2007 09:48 | fwiw, sold entire holding between 22-18p (hence share price fall to 17p level in August) because: disappointed that: 1. SaaS not planned until H1 2008 2. departure of chairman (who i met and was impressed by) 3. there has been a change in strategy from organic growth to growth through acquisition and also wanted to spread investment across several companies - particularly Chinese AIM stocks. looks like i may be buying you that bottle of champagne Mad ! | explorer88
20/9/2007 13:50 | The new chairman's firm... ....seems a sensible crew with a good record? | charlie
20/9/2007 13:47 | In previous results statements they've been very specific that "The group is not involved in an active acquisition strategy", [finals 2006], so there seems to have been a definite change of plan. They seem to have good clients but is the PPM market just too small and/or the concept too unfamiliar? These H1 earnings were 0.2p, but H2 last year was 0.6p so it doesn't seem to be going anywhere and hence perhaps the urge to try something else? | charlie |
