At least this latest news provides some light on the thinking behind the AIM de-listing and the acquisition of Hazelton should strengthen the Company. It is just a shame that the shares (if re-listed)will be listed on a U.S. Exchange which may be a problem for some of us. How do we continue to hold the shares when people like Barclays Stockbrokers make it so difficult to hold Foreign listed shares?

Don't think there are any buyers, so no-one can trade. I think it's just a case of waiting to see what happens with their intended reverse takeover, if indeed anything happens.

We've been shafted for years marmar80, the delisting was the final p1sstake in my view and many others too. Can't sell your shares as no one wants them yet we still own parts of the business. What will happen next?
