26/9/2016 08:31 | Well If we were trading the share price would hit the sky now | marmar80
26/9/2016 08:14 | Barnetpeter, where did you get that there was another bidder today? We already have 3 bidders, as of 20 September, ........Atrum Coal, Live Microsystems Inc. and Royal Energy Resources. | smalltimer
26/9/2016 07:39 | Another bidder announced today and a formal rns out albeit under the new name. | barnetpeter
22/9/2016 13:34 | Do we know if Atrum Coal already have 26.68% of ACG? Surely it has to be approved first at their EGM, which Atrum will be holding on 29 Sept. I don't know if things will now be changed at their EGM, as they are now a bidder for the entire company. Originally, as far as I'm aware, the shares re the both companies were to be sorted out on or shortly after getting the approval at the EGM. Does anyone else know for sure??? | smalltimer
22/9/2016 08:32 | chris-There are many 'extras' Directors can be offered by a takeover company. | p@
21/9/2016 19:32 | Looking at shareholdings, Atrum owned 26.68% before the bid, SB's 7% gives 33.7% The two Directors who have not sold own about 9% between them. If the offer is at the price that Atrum joined we can expect 0.18p twice the last AIM trading price. We can hope for a higher figure 0.25 - 0.3p/Share. The reason, if the existing Directors are not kept on these figures do not make them very rich for the rest of their lives, so I'm assuming they will fight for a proper price, and we will in turn see something that values our Company correctly. A three way bidding war would be nice. We will see. | chrisgail
21/9/2016 09:27 | 5....nothing to do at moment. We will all find out soon. We have no idea on prices yet but at just 4 million cap we must get .2 minimum. Anything less is like robbery. Plus the dollar is strong so that will help. | barnetpeter
21/9/2016 08:41 | One has to ask, was this taken off the market so that a quiet deal could be done by S.B. with Atrum? If so it looks to have taken a turn for the better for us! With two more bidders. | p@
21/9/2016 08:12 | Anyone advise please,my shares are/were held with TDW,if we get any money back will it just go into TDW ? they are not showing in my account atm. or do I have to register with someone else ? notice above 16 Oct. is final date for offer in which case not long to do anything I need to do,,,,,,,,,,,thanks in advance | 5dally
21/9/2016 07:59 | My average is even worse..0.77 as remember | marmar80
21/9/2016 07:49 | Looks as though our shares have been noted in the RNS of total shares in circulation. Certainly wont get my 0.65p average, but anything more than 0.09p must be a bonus. Mine is held in a SIPP so whatever I get, I will be investing elsewhere. | garykc
20/9/2016 23:28 | 18 October 2016 is the final date for offers so not long to wait. It is a shame the Board has already accepted the first offer....hopefully that was conditional on no other offers. No cash on table yet so it might be a share offer or cash and share. No clues on price.....0.4 is minimum I want after recent excellent results but we will get what we get. A US company I had shares in got delisted and I eventually got 15 times my cash back. I bought at the lows mind and I doubt we will get anything like that here..... The fact is ATC is booming and I doubt we will get the real value...... 2015 was the best ever year with record profits. 2016 is even better it seems. The company was valued at 4 million on suspension.....asset | barnetpeter
20/9/2016 17:51 | Well you should know how many shares = 26% | piedro
20/9/2016 16:38 | Have we been diluted at all since delisting? | wooster4
20/9/2016 16:17 | Hi, I own here (for my sins) - now this is private - what does it mean for shareholders and how would we receive a sum for an offer, if there is one? Thanks | bsharman3
20/9/2016 15:27 | Wow. Hope this will jump 10 times the last recorded price :) don't forget it was delisted at all times lows | marmar80
20/9/2016 09:46 | : hxxp://www.atlanticc | p@
20/9/2016 09:32 | At what price per share, do we know? | marmar80
20/9/2016 08:51 | The Board of Atlantic Carbon Group Plc announces that it has received preliminary approaches from Atrum Coal NL and Live Microsystems, Inc. (the “Bidders” may not lead to an offer being made for the entire issued share capital of the Company. Steve Best, the CEO of ACG, and persons connected with him have entered into an agreement with Atrum Coal NL to sell their shares in the Company subject to certain conditions. As a result of Steve Best’s interest, the board of directors of ACG has formed an independent committee of the board (the "Independent Board") consisting of Adam Wilson and Peter Chinneck to consider the approaches from the Bidders..... | piedro
10/9/2016 20:48 | browngirl and all: The matched bargain share price of 0.095p being quoted is not a real SP, it is simply the price shown by the markets when the shares were suspended 'way back. This price is not at all representative of the value of the company - do not sell at this price or you will have been shafted. It is simply a try-on in the hope that private investors don't know what is going on. My understanding is that shares in this company will be re-listed perhaps towards the end of this year, on the USA market (not AIM). I will wait to see what value pops out then, unless I get a decent offer from someone before then. For me, a decent offer would be 0.3p or higher. That's double what I paid for them and I reckon they owe me AT LEAST that much profit for all the heartache that they have caused me. | vatnabrekk
01/9/2016 19:06 | thats the problem with the mkts and small caps. What are we supposed to do with this? We invested hoping it would make big profits and do well. Now it is.... do we take a big loss? No.....we have to be patient. The company is not going broke. We have not taken a hit on this placing compared with the final aim price.....the company is a potential target | barnetpeter
01/9/2016 18:24 | I take it then you are holding and hoping it will be relisted ? Can't believe it sometimes how easy it is for PI's to get shafted and no one does anything about it ! | browngirl |
