Frasers won't get every purchase correct but as a company which turns over 5 billion of sales and over 800million of EBITDA profit you get the feeling that majority shareholder and Billionaire Mike Ashley doesn't get too many wrong.

Worth remembering that Frasers Group acquired high end clothing retailer, Matches in a £52 Million deal in December last year, before it went into administration less than three months later. LOSS OF £52 MILLION

Frasers Group track record of acquiring other businesses is not terribly good.
