ASOS Plc ('the Company') announces that Ian Dyson, Non-executive Director, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Share(s)') on 25 February 2020 at an average price of GBP31.64 per Share.

Following this transaction, Ian Dyson holds 1,500 Shares in the Company.
