Ted Baker warns on profits and the shares fall 11%.

This warm weather is a killer - no chance of clearing winter stock, little chance of getting Spring in early and even if they did then it could snow in March! I have never seen anything like this - proper black swan event - all those Christmas returns will be piled high!

Watch ASOS, NEXT, BOO plummet as a result. Be warned!

I predict a 25% sell-off here.

Back to low 2's high teens then a buy, a trading buy anyway, not much of an investment, collapses every 18 months. All asos' foreign rivals with same problem, having to spend more and more to make thinner and thinner margins, deteriorating business model. The days of 6 quid plus a share long gone. Internet doesnt equal profit folks, in fact it seems to have developed into a race to the bottom.

Typically crowded hedge fund short and ML downgrading near the lows with the usual 'let's state the bloody obvious' report. Nothing ML has written is not already known. Moreover, nothing that hasn't already been discounted in the share price. How do these idiot analysts retain any credibility when they downgrade a stock after its fallen >50%? And these hedge funds rarely make the right call, especially when they are all in the same trade.

I'd be placing more emphasis on those large director purchases after the profit warning. Online fashion is the future and these guys are one of the pioneers. Block out the nonsensical broker noise.

I don't own ASOS shares but I would definitely buy if I was allowed to...

Interesting how these crooks increased their short positions just before ML gave out the underperform note.
